Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day withdrawal period. After notifying us, you must return the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

This statutory right applies regardless of our own return policy.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.

You may inspect the item to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, similar to how you would be able to inspect an item in a physical store.

Items must therefore be returned:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, or other odors

• With all original tags and labels attached where applicable

• In their original packaging where reasonably possible

• Without any damage or alterations

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, you may be held responsible for any diminished value caused by that handling. Any applicable deduction will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s) unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not provide free return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

The original standard shipping cost paid for the order will be refunded when required by law. If you selected a more expensive shipping method than our cheapest standard delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will process your refund within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), or until you provide evidence that the item(s) have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be cancelled at any time before the order has been shipped.

Once a pre-order has been shipped, it is treated as a regular delivered order and the applicable statutory withdrawal rights described above apply.

The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order is stated in the relevant product description.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you require a different size or item, you may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal and place a new order separately.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items. A reduced price does not remove your legal right of withdrawal or your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Statutory consumer rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from the voluntary change-of-mind return process and are not affected by this policy.

Items Excluded From the Right of Withdrawal

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that fall within a statutory exception.

For example, this may include goods that are clearly personalised or made to the customer's specifications, or certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

No Voluntary Return Period

We do not offer any additional or extended voluntary return period beyond the statutory rights provided by applicable consumer law.

All returns must comply with the requirements and time limits set out above.
