Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Pre-order items: Pre-order items are shipped within the estimated timeframe stated in the item's product description. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may occasionally be subject to delays due to production or other unforeseen circumstances.

In-stock items: Orders containing in-stock items are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note that weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and unforeseen carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready to ship, unless otherwise stated.

The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order can be found in the product description.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address after an order has been placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier where possible.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
